My current rank had me at the max capacity of one load crew to make sure aircraft are properly loaded. My focus of responsibility was my two troops (three at bomber bases). Now I have an entire shift to ensure all aircraft are properly configured and now my scope of responsibility is far reaching and my leadership skills will be tested alot more but I love my job!
